Artie is our serious newsman each day for breakfast, but come Friday night, the shirt and tie is off, the roof is down and he’s cruising the airwaves with upbeat music and great classics of our time. He can usually be found in and around the cafes of bayside Melbourne, but loves spending time on the Bass Coast and on Phillip Island.

He’s been in the radio industry since before Methusalah, starting as a young disc jockey in the wilds of the Goulburn Valley, working in TV with 7 and 9 networks in Sydney and (then) Channel 0 Melbourne. He was part of the breakfast team at 3KZ/KZFM/Gold 104 for years and then produced the Magic 693 football call with firstly Ian Major and Yabbie Jeans, and then Kevin Bartlett, Steve Quartermaine and Sam Kekovich.
